Would you have another painting like floosie oil on canvas like the one that has been sold, other than the rear portait?
Also do you commission on paintings from photographs (dog)?
Dear Lynne, I hope you do not mind me contacting you directly. Some years ago I saw your work at a fair in Winchester. I am opening a gallery in Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire at the end of May and would very much like to sell your work.
I would consider buying some pieces outright/and or on commission.
I look forward to hearing from you.

im interested to obtain a copy of Feeling Freesian print for my daughters 30th birthday, its a stunning picture. Could you please tell me the cost and avaliability thank you.
I saw your work in Winchester before before Christmas and was amazed. I am interested in knowing if you have your African Sunrise paining available as a paper print? Not sure what size but would have thought 120cm wide and 60cm deep, but happy to hear what sizes and prices you are able to supply it at?
I look forwardto hearing from you in due course.
I came across your artwork on Hiscock Gallery, on Facebook. I saw the Westie you\'d done (which is currently their Facebook photo!), and I loved it.
I was wondering if you could tell me how much you would charge for a pet portrait of my two Westies, it would be for my Mum\'s 50th in August this year. Tara our eldest Westie is no longer with us so I thought it would be a great present to keep.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Well done on coming overall 1st in the oneline art competion. I am interested in possibly purchasing prints of Chandru & We are family but not sure how to do so online as I cannot see any links. Please advise and prices. Many thanks Linda
Ive seen some of your work in the coffee shop in Denmead and think it looks great.
Anyway my cousin has a restaurant in Southsea "Sopranos" and has just posted on his facebook page that they are looking for artists to display their work, they dont charge anything and i reckon your pictures would look good in there.
Might be worth a look.
Is it possible to get a print of The Mistress which my husband gave me as a Valentine card, and is the original for sale.
And finally what would your charge be for a portrait,
Could you let me know the price of your painting, African Sunrise. Thankyou.
Could you let me know the price of your painting, African Sunrise. Thankyou.
I love your work Lynne. Your style is so exciting- free and expressive and full of action. I have just joined Fareham Art Group and hope this year to have the confidence to loosen up my style. I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator - all my work has been so precise for so many years that it i difficult to change.
Looking at your work has given me the inspiration.
Very kind regards Becky
I saw your brilliant painting 'feeling freisian' at the art market in Wincehester last November. I realise the original has sold but can you please let me know how I can aquire a print and what it would costr?
Please can you give me a price and sizes for a picture of Feeling Freisian and also if they come framed. Thank you.

Many thanks for the seasons greetings, we will see you Sunday next 9th.
the title for your sheep painting is "Shaun" . We both like sheep, but struggle to eat a whole one at one sitting !
For Those with o-one....... utterly spectalcular.Best ever.
I am 50 next year, and thought it would be really nice to mark the occasion with a picture of my 3 cats on one canvas, as it is impossible to get them all together in one photograph.
I would love to have it done by you and would like to know how much you would charge for such a picture.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Hello, we were wnating to enquire the costs of portraits of family pets? Many thanks.
Hi Lynne, its Debbie from parkers in the village.
I have just opened a canvas photo gallery and portrait studio in a building behind parkers and was wondering if you could spare the time to pop in and give me your opinion and some advice on breaking the art world so to speak.
I am there on fridays and saturdays.
All the best, Debbie
Btw, amazing work!
I saw your stall at Winchester art market yesterday. My girlfriend really liked your picture "Because we're worth it". You had some prints of it, which I thrink would make a lovely Christmas present for her, but I didn't want to buy them in front of her. Do you take mail orders? I think "Teabag and friend" might make a nice pair of prints to give her. Do you have this available as a print also?
Dear Lynne,I am keen to get a canvas done of my brother who is turning 18 shortly who is a young footballer. I wondered if you could give me some sort of quote for a canvas similar to A5 size and roughly how long it would take to do? I really like your art pieces and i think it would be a lovely gift he can keep for life!
Thank you for your time

Could you tell me when you will next be in Winchester with your artwork?

Have you got a print we could buy?

Our first grandson is due in January and as my daughter in law loves penguins, I have been looking for prints of penguins which I could frame for his nursery. Recently in Botley I found your card "Why do women take so long" of penguins which is just brilliant and will do just that! Do you have other penguin prints similar to this that I could utilise in the same way?
We saw your 'Feeling Friesian' print at the recent Arundel Festival and realised afterwards that it's the perfect present for a friend of ours who happens to be a Dairy Farmer!
Do you still have a copy available? If so could you please advise price and details etc?
Hi Lynne, I really like your lovely painting of the Friesian cows, 'Feeling Friesian'. However I am looking for something very close to life-size. Can a very large print be produced please? Look forward to hearing from you. Regards
Saw you at the Arundel Art Trail today. Fantastic pictures.
Could you please add me to your mailing list.
Love your Toffee Highland cattle picture please can you advise price for canvas print.
Saw your exhibition yesterday with a group of friends from Worthing, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Seeing your painting \'Race you Home\' reminded me of an exceptional exhibition I visited in New York (2005) of an artist - Gregory Colbert - \'Ashes & Snow\'& thought you might be intersted.
I really like your picture of the "girl in the evening dress" do you have any prints for sale? thanks
I was the inquiring artist stuffing a hot dog themself at Stansted...Really like your work Lynne, nice to meet you, hope you had a good show. al .... ahayball.co.uk

Hi Lynne, nice to meet you today in Winchester. Hope the rest of your day was a success. Our favourite picture remains "One thousand years and I still love you", and we would love to purchase the version we saw today (we notice that the version on your website does not have the cracked/torn effect, we prefer it with that effect please).
We were very tempted by "A la prochaine" and we may have chosen that had it been more personal to us, we were therefore interested to know (for the distant future) how much you charge for comission work.. in styles of either of these 2 pictures.
It is very kind of you to offer to deliver, I am happy to give you my work address where I will be from 7am to 5pm Monday, Tues, Thurs this week or we are very happy to arrange to collect from you. Whichever you prefer.
We assume that you are happy with payment in cash?
Thanks again, we admire all your work and you specialise in our favourite types of art.. animals and figure/nude... Wendy also prefers pictures to be a little abstract so your work is perfect for our tastes.
Please do include us on any mailing list that you have.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Andy and Wendy
Lynne, read an article in solent life magazine this morning and like your work. A strange request I have persuaded my wife to have a portrait completed of her that is a little risque, not sure if this is something you would take on, but my wife is more comfortable if it was another woman completing the artwork rather than a strange guy. The work is to be of a sexy nature , not too vulgar as it will be placed in our bedroom / bathrooms. please let me know if this is possible and indeed how much this would be to complete. Many thanks in anticipation . Kevin
Hello, Lynne - I thought I would drop you a line to say that I bought a print of `In Memory of Kitana' at Between Dreams, Botley yesterday - it is beautiful! I was so sad when I heard Marwell had lost the cub. I went several times to try to see them all but did not get very good viewings or photos so it is really nice to have such a lovely family portrait as a momento. Thank you very much indeed for such a stunning study of these wondeful big (and little at that time) cats. Kindest regards, Janet
Hello Lynne, It was nice to meet you today. I have looked at your website and would be interested in selling your work, perhaps we could meet, I think it would be advantagous to both of us. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
My son will be be 9 in May and loves Lions. Would I be able to purchase a print of A Day with Dad as it is beautiful and he would love it
Is it possible to get a print of a Day with Dad? If so what sizes are available and prices?
Hi Love your work, please can you advise how much some of your paintings cost, I have no idea, also would you paint a group of grandchildren for my mother in law 8 in total? Kind regards Debs
I was looking at your website and was wondering what you would charge to do a painting of our dog, how long it would take and what would be involved ie. would you do it from photos?
I saw the print of "In memory of Kitana" at Sweet Dreams, Hilliers, Botley, and wondered if you do a smaller print or card of the painting and if so where I could see/purchase it.
It really captures the snow leopards beautifully.
Can you tell me did you exhibit in Locks Heath last year ?? my mother saw a paiting we think by you of a ballerina, however we have been unable to locate you until now, just wondering if it was you and if you know the painting and if so could you send me details of it . This is a bit of a long shot so thanks anyway if it was not your painting
Could you please tell me the size and cost of a print of the penguin picture ("women take so long")?
Do you supply prints framed and are you able to deliver before Xmas?
Can you tell me please how much Audrey would be?
I recently bought your picture "Max" the West Highland Terrier from The Frame in Odiham. It is just like our little dog who sadly died 2 years ago. Our family love it so much I just wondered if you would be able to do a print for me for my son for Xmas as he is so taken with the picture. You may not do prints but thought it was worth asking as I have never come across such a good likeness to our dog! Many thanks.
I saw your lovely cow paintings at The Frame in Odiham and I am interested in seeing if you could paint our dog (spring spaniel) Bo as a surprise for my husband (if there's a way to work the cats in too that would be great) could you please give me some idea of cost?
Lynne. Do I know your work from the national open in Chichester? I have a question about the Roymans Art Studio; I've been sent an offer to apply to be part of an exhibition that Manas Roy is putting on in India in January '12, and wondered if I could ask you whether it has suited you being involved with his gallery? If you prefer I could phone you? I hope you don't mind me asking. all the best, Jayne
Ahoy. We would like to buy a print of the 'Girl in an evening dress' for our daughter's 40th birthday. Can you advise us please of any stockists in the Portsmouth area or let us have a www link.
Many thanks for sending me details of your paintings. I am interested in purchasing CHANDRU box canvas 80 x 60cm £140 and also a small print 40 x 40cm of FLOOSIE. Can you tell me if these are available. Are these available for collection or only posted. I am not sure where you are based but my step mother lives on Hayling Island so we could collect if you are near by. (we saw your recent exhibition at the Stanstead house garden show). Many thanks for your help.
I was at Stanstead House garden day recently and saw your stall. Would it be possible to send me a brochure/price list. I am interested in purchasing a couple of your prints that I saw there. Many thanks.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you. I have seen your work in Pure. I am arranging a Help For Heroes charity function there tomorrow evening and wondered if you'd be prepared to donate one of your paintings? We have Linvoy Primus coming and John Cameron from Cash in the Attic. I know its a long shot but I'm sure with John auctioning your work our funds would really be boosted. I am out of the officve a lot but can be contacted on 07718319525. Thank you.

My associate Cliff Puffett has informed me he has been in touch and has told me about your work, I've just had a look at your web and I must say I am not surprised that you have quite a following.
i have a reasonable size gallery in Bradford on Avon where we have decorative antiques and art combined.
My background is in interior design, my heart has always been with domestic interiors and the artwork to complement them.
Maybe you would like to have a chat or visit the gallery sometime, it would be great to meet you.
can you possibly let me know how much your prints are of 'one thousand years, i still love you'? I would be interested in purchasing the original, if you still have it. If not, perhaps would you know if the owner of the original would be interested in selling it and to what cost? Many thanks. Lizzie
Hi, I had a great idea... Hmmmm.. This morning I made a carboard Exhibition Room and thought hey ! I'll print off small paintings and play stickies on the walls to save time on Sunday... Can't do it though. Won't let me print the pictures.Good idea though. Eh ?
How much would 'the boss' lion print be? Your descriotion also mentions that the print is mounted..is this a specific colour? Can you also advise of the total measurements including the surrounding mount. Many thanks Simon
Sadly my mum passed away in 2009 and I am interested in having a colour portrait of her done for my dad's birthday at the end of April. I wondered if you can tell me if this is a realistic time frame and roughly how much this would cost? Look forward to hearing from you - many thanks Alison

We bought three prints from you at Winchetser Xmas Market 2'Sunday Lie In' and one 'Akin' they made lovely presents. Please can you tell me if Akin is a snow leopard? Also, can I have a current price list of prints/originals? and are the prints I bought limited editions? and finally, when are you next at an art fair or in Winchester?
Hi there, I would like to purchase some of your work, could you let me have a price list please.
Just a quick note to say that I really enjoyed meeting and talking with you at the Winchester Xmas market. I bought a print of the 'Girl in the Evening Dress' as it caught my eye straight away. I'm still not sure whether the glass should be half full?? I'm intrigued how you painted yourself from behind - did you use a photo or mirrors?
Anyway it is a lovely portrait and is now adorning the wall (sorry bulkhead) of my cabin (I work on board a ship) and so will travel around the world.
Are you considering undertaking any further self portraits - you really should.
Kind regards and good luck for the future, hopefully I will be able to come along to your future exhibitions.
I saw your 'Head in the clouds' meerkat picture at Winchester market.
I was wondering how much a print of the picture would cost
Have just seen some of you beautiful; artwork in Pure restaurant. I was particularly impressed with The Conductor which i see is sold, but could you tell me how much are the prints?
May I ask a personal question - do you live near Clanfield as I see a couple of your paintings are of this area?
Hello Lynne, what is the ost for your prints please?
I am interested in buying a print of 'Why do women take so long?' please confirm the price and meothod of payment.
Hi Lynne, I saw your wortk at Hanna's Appeal Christmas Ball this year 2010 & thought they were brilliant I particularly loved the "Nothing to do" print. Then my nephew suprised me by buying it for me as an exmas present, it will take centre stage in my lounge.
Keep up the good work & I hope to buy more in the future
Hi - I saw you and your work last weekend at Winchester market & was very impressed. I wanted to view you work before possibly buying, however, there are no prices on your website, unless I am being stupid and not looking in the right place. Could you please advise where I can find prices. I think your work is amazing and very versitile. Linda
You met my friend Lesley at a Charity Ball a few weeks ago and she mentioned to me that you are an artist and I should get in touch with you. I am a local picture framer and travel out to customers with samples and deliver finished works so you dont need to struggle taking you artwork to the framing shops. I understand that you may have an exhibition coming up in the new year and wondered whether you would like to meet up to see if I do some framing for you.
My phone no. is 01243 519455 workshop, home 01243 783534 and mobile 07941 273065
or e-mail me if you are interested.

Why isnt The Boss in you previews ?
I love your picture of the girl in the evening dress, how much would a print cost?
I first saw your work at the Wildlife Art exhibition at Marwell earlier this year.
Since then I have been thinking about a painting commission, a Gorilla, but now having seen you web site and the diversity of your talents, possibly a Bass Player (very different subjects I know but I can explain later).
I apprecaite that this is probably a busy time of year for you but I am in no rush and this note is simply to ask if you would be interested in some new work at an appropriate point.
PS: the show at Chichester sounds interesting and I will try to visit at some point. Failing that I will be going along to the Winchester Xmas Fair in any case as it is closer to home and an annual 'must do' :-)
I wondered if you would be kind enought to let me know how much your prints are of the following: HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT
I recently bought 'the hottest day of the year' and contacted you with regard to another of your painting 'The Bassist' on Facebook you did say that you had emailed me about it but I have not received anything from you. Can you resend email please.
If you would like to phone my number is 01983 882155.
Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I sent an email about 10 days ago but didn't add the security code so don't know if you got it. I had a drawing done about 6 years ago of my Daughter Paige, I now have 3 children and am looking to have one done of all 3 of them for my husband for christmas, the one I already have is by a lady called Lynne Davies who used to run a Mumbaba music group in Bordon, who i'm hoping is you? please could you contact me to let me know if this is something you would be able to do for me and with an idea of costing
I spoke to you today in Winchester. My husband and I were admiring Girl in an evening dress 2. We have had another look on your website and we really like it. We loved the original and are seriously tempted, but having not seen the prints cannot judge whether they will be as good although you were sure they would be. You did not seem firm about the price for the original. We could make an offer, but don't wish to offend. Perhaps we could talk about it further?
